Further update on tonight's incident. I've confirmed the 75 year old man injured tonight is in serious but stable condition @ECMCBuffalo. While it is early, thankfully he is expected to recover. Simply put, the officers must be held responsible for their actions, not just fired.

@markpoloncarz @ECMCBuffalo Why do none of the other officers arrest them on site? Isnt an officer's job to arrest people for crimes they witness? Is there a law that says a police officer cant arrest another police officer?
