BEEAKING UPDATE: Assistant attorney General for civil rights says they’re investigating the Fort Worth, Texas cops who threatened Christian preachers for using their First Amendment rights
@fortworthpd Why are you blocking people? And why haven't you fired those officers that we know don't need more training because they knew just what they were doing was wrong, they just didn't give a crap and took a side. Sounds like everyone from the top up needs retraining there. 🤨
@AAGDhillon@alanAPTX3505@CivilRights She needs to be prosecuted. This is not Europe.
When we lose the right to our first amendment, we will exercise the right of our second amendment.
It’s in that order for a reason.
Let’s not forget what Tampa, FL is currently doing to me.
Ron DeSantis appointee Suzy Lopez (State Attorney for Hillsborough County) caved to CAIR’s pressure and charged me with Disorderly Conduct and Interrupting a Religious Assembly.
My "crime"? I stood on a public parking garage at USF, preached the Bible to Muslims while they prayed, and ate bacon in front of them.
There was NO violence. There were NO threats. It was strictly speech on public property.
Everyone is talking about what Fort Worth did to me, but Tampa is doing the exact same thing—weaponizing the law against peaceful, open-air preaching. They want to punish speech they don't like.

What’s happening in Fort Worth isn’t an isolated incident. Our First Amendment rights are being systematically obliterated across the country. I’m still facing criminal charges in Tampa just for preaching in public. If Christians don’t start standing up now, we will lose our rights completely. Watch 👇
Charged by the state of Florida with "disrupting a religious assembly" and "disorderly conduct" for practicing free speech. Notice there were absolutely no threats and no violence from our side, only words.
Muslims were praying on a public parking garage at the University of South Florida. Now, @GovRonDeSantis appointee and self-proclaimed "conservative" Suzy Lopez is completely caving to pressure from CAIR. She apparently thinks that praying on public property instantly turns that space into a mosque and that they are completely shielded from criticism.
When did "conservatives" start weaponizing the law to cancel the First Amendment on public property?

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon has launched an INVESTIGATION at DOJ Civil Rights after MULTIPLE Fort Worth, Texas officers were spotted threatening to ARREST or cite a Christian preacher, and exposed by @libsoftiktok
PROTECT CHRISTIANS! 🙏🏻
They should be FIRED.
This is UNACCEPTABLE from any police department nationwide.

🚨 THE LEAK JUST COST EVERYONE THE EVIDENCE
⚖️ DAY 5 - TYLER ROBINSON HEARING UPDATE
A banned image of the confession note flashed on the livestream yesterday.
Today the defense moved to ban cameras entirely.
Judge Graf said no to the ban, then dropped the hammer anyway: no exhibits shown or broadcast for the rest of the day. Not on the stream. Not even on the monitors inside the room.
Which means the Kirk family, sitting right there, can't see the evidence either. 👀
Erika Kirk's attorney Jeff Neiman fought it. He argued being present is "hollow" if the family is blocked from seeing what the court is receiving. That their presence without the exhibits is "not meaningful."
Graf held firm.
📹 The cameras are still rolling. But the evidence just went dark. That is the price of the leak.

⚖️ UPDATE: Utah v. Tyler Robinson
The state just put up its DNA analyst.
Two contributors. Twiggs is one.
The math points hard at Robinson as the other as to their testimony.
Testimony, on the record:
🧬 "Male DNA was obtained from item seven sub one... one of whom is Twiggs."
🧬 The screwdriver handle (item 8): results are "30 quintillion times more likely if Lance Twiggs and Tyler Robinson are contributors than if Twiggs and an unknown unrelated person are contributors."
So both Tyler Robinson AND Lance Twigs show up in the mixed DNA on the evidence. 👀
Now the questions that actually matter:
🔹 These are ROOMMATES. The witness said it.
A screwdriver from a shared apartment carrying both roommates' DNA is what you would expect whether the story is innocent or guilty.
🔹 This is a likelihood ratio, not a fingerprint.
It tells you which pairing is more probable, not how the DNA got there or when.
🔹 Chain of custody on that screwdriver is now everything. Same screwdriver Officer Bagley walked up on with a dead body cam and an unidentified armed man beside him.
Strong forensic testimony for the state.
Real unanswered questions on transfer and custody.
Charged, not convicted. We follow the receipts wherever they point, even when they cut against the easy story.
His words. On the record. 🎯

🎶NEW TRACK RELEASE: "There Is NOT, Judge."
They have footage of the roof. The edge. The crawl. The exit.
The actual shooting? No video of that. Straight from the record.
So I made a song out of the court transcript. Every bar is sourced. 🎵⬇️
