The IVF industry is more destructive to life than abortion, as data reveals the number of lives lost through the unregulated, commercialized IVF process far outpaces abortion.
As long as IVF clinics continue to operate as businesses where high volume and higher success rates are rewarded with financial gain, the IVF market is projected to exceed $15 billion annually by 2035.
Every human life begins as an embryo and should be protected, no matter their location or stage of development. More information on the dark reality of IVF⬇️

The East Baton Rouge Parish Library unlawfully terminated Pastor Luke Ash when he refused to violate his Christian faith and lie by using false gender pronouns. In doing so they violated:
➡️The Louisiana Preservation of Religious Freedom Act
➡️The First Amendment of the United States Constitution
➡️Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
In response, we filed a federal lawsuit on Pastor Ash's behalf.

⏰ Tell Congress to lock the clock for good.
Twice a year, Americans lose sleep, disrupt their routines, and pay the price with real health consequences — from increased accident risk to spikes in heart attacks in the days after "springing forward."
Congress is considering the Sunshine Protection Act, which would end the biannual clock switch and make Daylight Saving Time permanent — giving Americans longer, brighter evenings year-round.
Yesterday, this bill PASSED the House. Now it needs your voice to get it across the finish line in the Senate and to President Trump's desk.
📣 Sign the petition today and tell Congress to lock the clock.

An East Baton Rouge library fired Pastor Luke Ash for refusing to refer to a coworker by biologically incorrect pronouns.
Now, he's suing for wrongful termination.
"We're going to win this thing for him..." @MatStaver, @libertycounsel
PRAYER REQUEST: Our legal team is presenting oral arguments this afternoon at the Campbell County Courthouse in Virginia in Bansley v. Nardo, a case challenging the pro-abortion amendment for Virginia’s 2026 ballot.
The abortion amendment (House Joint Resolution 1) would establish a so-called “fundamental right” to abortion in the Virginia Constitution if passed. This ballot initiative, however, is INVALID and cannot legally appear on the ballot as the House of Delegates missed several procedural steps mandated by the Virginia Constitution.
Pray for Virginia’s pro-abortion amendment to be struck from the 2026 ballot, and pray for LIFE to win! 🙏

Fighting back. Pastor Luke Ash is suing the city of Baton Rouge for his unlawful termination from the library.
I thank @libertycounsel for representing Luke, and I look forward to discussing the case on Washington Watch on Tuesday.
"Is it not that the Declaration of Independence first organized the social compact on the foundation of the Redeemer’s mission upon the earth? That it laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity ...?" – John Quincy Adams
On July 4th, 1837, on the 61st anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, John Quincy Adams delivered these words in a speech in Newburyport, Massachusetts, emphasizing America's rich Christian heritage. America is a Christian nation — Americans, remember who you are, and return to Christ and our nation's Christian foundation.
Fired for his faith: We filed a lawsuit against the City of Baton Rouge on behalf of bi-vocational Pastor Luke Ash, who was unlawfully fired from his job at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library for refusing to lie and use false gender pronouns.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Library violated the First Amendment and terminated Pastor Ash because his Christian convictions prevented him from using “preferred” male pronouns to refer to a female coworker.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Library, the Metropolitan Council, and the Library Board of Control for the City of East Baton Rouge are also named in this lawsuit that seeks a permanent injunction declaring the library’s “Inclusivity Policy” unconstitutional. It also requests the court to order the library to reinstate him, restore his benefits, and to award backpay, damages, and attorney’s fees and costs.
Employers cannot force people to choose between their faith and their livelihood.

We filed a petition to the California Supreme Court to STOP a frivolous defamation case allowed to proceed by the lower state courts against the nonprofit outreach ministry Jews for Jesus.
The baseless claims against Jews for Jesus need to be reconsidered, dismissed, and Ariel Amitay needs to be held responsible for bringing this frivolous lawsuit. More on this case update⬇️
