@AskDyson Dyson Canada referred me to a Dyson Service Center in Calgary and they referred me back to Dyson Canada. THE MACHINE IS ALMOST USELES WHITHOUT FREE SPINNING WHEELS. Still waiting for the email.

@AskDyson Yes assist. I have called Dyson several times to get wheels for the OmniGlide. For over a year they are not in stock and Dyson can't say when thy will be but they will email me if the wheels are available. Still not in stock and no email.
