It’s beyond shameful that a religion and culture can create so much shame. And create an environment where members have to lie to be accepted.

@Enos_Envy They’ll tell you they made their money BEFORE they became church leaders. Those luxuries were not paid for by the church. And TBH, most of them made a pretty good fortune or living before they were “called of God”. But they do get a signing bonus. I think it’s about a mil. ✔️me

@saynotocreatine Heber J Grant was an alcoholic. When he was president of the church he made the question about the WofW part of the temple recommend because he needed to stop drinking. I find that incredibly damning, the members of the church today go without alcohol so that he could save face.
