Why is your card transactions categorized as "MOTO", "Mail Order Telephone Order"?
All our cards were declined at your store, cause we decline MOTO transactions.
Years, never had an issue elsewhere.
Rarely visit a #Braums...

Support doesn't see it checking in. (Acct MAC Updated.)

Now...work day 2.
Still no available @optimum technicians available in the area.
Now told, the modem isn't rental. SOL...

this is unfortunate, but also, they need to make money to continue to exist. so if you like plex, and want it to continue to exist, you should probably pay for it.

Or use one of the free open source alternatives… which you should also contribute to if you like, and are able
