@Adiofreak If Wolverine is your favorite X-Man, which is what I assume you meant, then it's worth it to try and find a copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine from back in the day. That's the champ of Wolverine games and was totally epic when it released and still would be today.
@JayWood2010 Jay can you do a little vignette tonight about how there are people crawling out of the woodwork to deride this game, from things like "this is not an RPG" to "how can this be best directed-there's no minimap" and my favorite "this is the white people game." Classy all around.
@_livnlearn Does that make "South of Midnight" the black person game? Is "Spider Man-Miles Morales" the Spanish person game? I have an idea-how about they all just be games and we stop caring about how people look in them?
@Rand_al_Thor_19 Wow, I think when I wrote people were melting down, I underestimated the amount of melt. There are now claims of rigging, of Sven from last year being an industry plant, and an overall outburst from the communities of some other nominees that I have never seen before. It's sad.
@Internextion Did you happen to play E33 at all? The art in that game is breathtaking. The environmental design is a combination of the whimsy of a child and the destruction of adults. The enemy variety is off the charts, and the character design, animation, and expressiveness is next level.
@thegameawards Any time that E33 was recognized for the masterpiece it was. I was a bit sad that Victor Borba wasn't the singer during the concert bit-I know that guy they have is part of their concert tour, but he doesn't come close to how Victor crushed that part.
@Rand_al_Thor_19 I can't wait until you and Jez discuss this. E33 is one of the most deserving games of all time, and yet, people are still absolutely melting down about it winning. KCD2 was terrific, it just happened to be terrific in the same year E33 was transformative.
@BrokenGamezHDR_ You should be very pleased right now then. E33 is the joy of victory while crushing the game awards and the agony of reading about it on Twitter.
@Colteastwood @Middleagegamegy I believe that Phil was just making a dad joke about the backlog. Fact is, that they more than likely delayed it so it wouldn't get buried by COD, Indiana Jones, Towerborne (?), Stalker 2, Shattered Space, Dragon Age, and Flight Sim. Backloggin' is just Phil trying to be funny.
@LoveRetroBTW December after the November release, I still have it, and it still works great. I was also a Xbox Live Beta Tester with possibly the worst "high speed" internet connection in the entire beta. I had DSL, it was about 400 kb/s, and Live still managed to work. Pure magic.
Absolutely loved this game. One of the rare games I went back to 100% after I beat it, simply because I enjoyed it so much. I can't wait for the sequel.

@Puertorock77_ That's Phil dad joking his PR team into an early grave. It really got delayed so it didn't get buried by Flight Sim, Stalker 2, Towerborne, Indiana Jones, CoD, Shattered Space, and AstroBot. It's August already, and none of those have released-it's just too tight schedule wise.
