The Rowland Foundation sadly announces the passing of Wendy Rowland, the spirit and soul of the Foundation, its benefactor and the chair of its Board of Trustees.Her husband Barry died in 2018, but insured that the Foundation be fully endowed so it will live on in perpetuity#vted
