The session included a detailed department-wise review across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other key functional areas. This helped us assess our progress, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen our execution strategies.

We also took the opportunity to recognize our Employee of the Month by presenting them with a certificate, awards, and performance-based incentives. Recognizing talent and dedication remains a core part of our organizational culture.

Achievements, ongoing challenges, and areas for improvement were discussed in detail. Employee Recognition: The Employee of the Month was recognized for outstanding contribution and commitment. Internship Program: Graduation certificates were presented to interns who completed their internship program. New interns were officially welcomed and introduced to the team. Team Expansion: A new member joined the Itamoto family in the Accounts Department as the company’s new accountant. Goals and Objectives: Clear aims and measurable objectives were set for the coming month. Departments were assigned actionable targets aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
