liquid drank: 1500ml
urine output: just under 1200ml

i got my period literally right before this but didn’t realise yet and holy fuck this hold was agonising

urination time: 2am January 8th
liquid drank: 2000 millilitres
urine output: 900 millilitres plus what got spilled on the pad which i think was the majority of it tbh
