Probably wouldn’t bother ordering from @zavvi_cs@zavvi if you want your goods, or a reply from their customer service team. All you get is generic responses and them telling you they’re busy no matter which way you try contacting them!!
@NicholasMai@zavvi_cs@zavvi@_alicebeer Exactly that. Or they do reply but with a delaying tactic. Such as what’s your email, order etc. You have it already!! It causes us all to use multiple platforms so making more backlog.

@HarveysHQ feel very let down with your services. My Nan ordered furniture months ago and was never informed it was it of stock. She is now missing one big item with no definate delivery date. You customer service team were most unhelpful and inconsistent !! Please help
