The Ayes have it!
Honoured to move my Nurse (Use of Title) Bill, to protect the title 'nurse'. It now moves to 2nd Reading.
My Bill will enhance patient safety, protect public trust and ensure we truly respect the experience & expertise of a registered nurse. #ProtectNurse 1/2

Today we remember the courage, conviction & indomitable spirit of Edith Cavell. At 07:00 hours 109 years today she was executed by a firing squad for treason . Her crime was to serve her country, heal the injured & rescue the lost & frightened. Our treasured Norfolk WW1 Nurse.
The new academic year has well and truly begun!
A big hello to all our returning and brand new students 👋
We are also pleased to see the re-established @uopnursoc off to a great start with their inaugural coffee and cake event last week. That cake was delicious 😋 🥳
