@davidhth Im feeling a lot of sad-empathy for all those feeling suicidal and their loved ones not knowing what to do. The song (Ive looked at life from) "both sides now" comes to mind. We often feel like we know the right answers...maybe we do. That doesnt mean they are right for others.
And to prove they’re not my ideas, here’s the list of books by experts that most influenced each of the chapters. If you don’t want to read my book just read these instead. They’ll all really good and of course cover a lot more than just productive disagreement. :)

@OfcrMatt @TCasady304 I do not have experience except that my 10 (now 13) yrold once told me she was going to wear her helmet because a friend had gotten something from a police officer for doing so...and she was hoping she'd get one too...so... seems like a good idea to me!
@ScottWalker I agree with you. Gerrymandering can be used to benefit either party.
That is why neither Democrats or Republicans should determine districts. It needs to be done by an independent non-partisan body with the goal of getting more people to vote.
