Who, really, is surprised that the incident at the #WiSpa has a high probability of being a fake from start to finish?

@roseveleth Death by Sex robot might not be the worst way to go.

[Joe Biden @JoeBiden]

Let me be clear: The voters should pick a President, and that President should select a successor to Justice Ginsburg.

Jail more of these motherfuckers, please. #ANTIFAscist

#JAILED | Three men and a woman have been jailed today for being members of banned neo-Nazi group National Action. See more here ➡️ https://t.co/0SZ2M3kOJa Watch our video from March on how we brought them to justice.

[Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez @AOC]

“Defund” means that Black & Brown communities are asking for the same budget priorities that White communities have already created for themselves: schooling > police, etc.

People asked in other ways, but were always told “No, how do you pay for it?”

So they found the line item.

[Elizabeth Warren @ewarren]

Black history is American history. And that history teaches us that racism has shaped crucial aspects of our economic and political system for generations. But if we fight side by side, we can make real, structural change that will honor that history.

OK fine for $150 I'll stop pointing out every day that the last time Mayor Mike tried to appeal to midwesterners he got David Clarke re-elected, a Wisc. sheriff best known for how many people died in his jails https://t.co/MFgGvQWvc4

Black communities who contribute so heavily to “internet speak” rarely benefit from having their language lifted by brands. https://t.co/muxaFEEv4v

Not everyone reads at the same level. I believe that more books need to be written for ADULTS who read at a very low level. I mentioned that once in a writing community and NO ONE agreed. I dropped it and haven’t really posted much since.

[Chris Hall @literatepervert]

@iambickilometer @Swordsfall1 @nikcool This is also why I'm happy that #TTRPG companies put out "starter kits" more frequently nowadays. They can be very handy to have a condensed copy on hand, even if you have the big TOME and know it well.

[Chris Hall @literatepervert]

@JayKayDanks @Swordsfall1 @nikcool Yeah, this is pretty much my approach, too. My gaming philosophy is that priority 1 is for everyone to have fun. All considerations of "realism", adhering to metafictional canon, and getting the rules "right" are secondary to that. #TTRPG

[Chris Hall @literatepervert]

@Swordsfall1 @nikcool I for one do NOT have an encyclopedic knowledge of the mechanics, skills, and metastory of the games I GM, and I always feel kinda bad about it. The rest of you memorize all 450 page of a new game, right?

[Chris Hall @literatepervert]

@Swordsfall1 @nikcool Also, too few RPG manuals are well-organized. Sometimes you need to find the Combat mechanism FAST. Simple, well-constructed writing also makes it easier to refresh yourself if the book has been sitting there for months or years.

Shelby Lorman’s work often explores the warped concept of “good boys,” or the men in our lives who aren’t necessarily horrible but aren’t exactly great either. https://t.co/oC8CTN97l3
