@AbuDhabiDMT and Plenary Middle East have signed Heads of Terms at LIVEX 2026 for the development of the Integrated Transport Centre Headquarters, which will support Abu Dhabi’s transport operations.

The proposed project will bring together the functions of DMT’s Integrated Transport Centre and Traffic Management Centre within a single, purpose-built headquarters.

It is intended to enhance operational coordination, decision-making capabilities, and the resilience of Abu Dhabi’s transport network.

In his closing remarks at LIVEX 2026, H.E. Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the The Department of Municipalities and Transport @AbuDhabiDMT, reflected on how Sheikh Zayed’s vision laid the foundations for Abu Dhabi’s people-first approach to development, and why liveability is a long-term commitment to people, not a single project.

As LIVEX concludes its inaugural edition, the ambition continues: to build a global platform that brings people and ideas together to turn dialogue into action.
