@TK_HelpDesk This issue is still not resolved - the call centre was not able to take the payment quoted to me this morning because of the system telling them different amounts. I will not deal with them anymore after 5 useless calls with this week. Please can someone call to resolve ASAP.

@TurkishAirlines has the worst Call Centre and customer service!!! 3 calls across 3 days, on the phone for over 2 hours, a botched re-booking, extra fees I can't even pay on the phone & no timeframe on when someone will call me back to make that payment (so fare may increase) :(
