This needs to end.
The immoral proscription of Palestine Action has led to the farce of trying to prosecute the lawyers who defended them.
This is an assault on our justice system and our civil liberties.
The new government must step in. https://t.co/OR0RhcFiRi
Royals are often used as trade missions for the arms export business. After israeli killing of unarmed protestors Prince William should reconsider his trip to Israel by visiting only Gaza or make clear he does not support arming a gov that behaves this way https://t.co/rtXSRCJFMA
The Government has extended the term of every sitting Brighton & Hove councillor by 1 year, making the 2027 council elections "shadow".
So even if you vote for change in 2027 they will not be able to take action till 2028.

@BiztheBuz@sharpeleven I think you have to make comparisons because they’re both state benefits. One has received different treatment to other. Which has allowed inequality to grow and allowed a sense of generational injustice to grow both of those are toxic traits if you don’t compare you can’t fix.
No wonder so many don't trust so many politicians. 'Honest error', 'mis-spoke', 'we got it wrong'.
Liars and grifters abound in both Houses of Parliament.
How can we support the good ones and get better people to stand for parliament?
@SJG99@aconda_ann@sharpeleven Agree we need to first acknowledge and rebalance the inequalities austerity forced on working age people and the young.
Rebuild the social pact and solidarity.
We’ve enough resources for all to live well if we choose.
Just look at how much is spent in failed “defence” projects.
@sharpeleven@delhi_dave@ZackPolanski@TheGreenParty I rarely tweet. You tweet all the time and have far greater reach.
My words were clear.
You tried to manipulate them and cause a pile on. That is bullying.
You could say “do you mean…”
instead you said (paraphrasing) “labour scumbag wants to kick pensioners” that was untrue.
@SJG99@aconda_ann@sharpeleven Most young people believe they will never retire. Austerity has broken the social pact.
If you are on UC you get £400 a month if you get state pension you get £1000 a month (both excluding housing costs). None can say pensioners should get less but there needs to be parity.
@BiztheBuz@sharpeleven Totally agree.
The triple lock protected pensioners against the worst of austerity but other benefits were not protected. Meaning working age people suffered the brunt of austerity.
Austerity was a political choice.
@bhargreaves Yet France and the UK have lower death due to fire than the US.
Maybe European regulations are just actually better targeted and based on evidence rather than photos on Twitter giving fire protection vibes.
@sharpeleven@delhi_dave@ZackPolanski@TheGreenParty We will have to agree to disagree.
I think you are far more prolific on this platform and have far more influence.
I have spent my life fighting neo liberalism both inside and outside politics. I’m currently outside of politics. You are very active on this platform.

@sharpeleven@delhi_dave@ZackPolanski@TheGreenParty So if someone wants to be a Green MP, it’s acceptable to bully them and misrepresent what they said?
I’m checking out of this now. Good night. I hope you reflect on how you use your influence and the power you have on this platform.
@sharpeleven@delhi_dave@ZackPolanski@TheGreenParty You are far more prolific on here than me.
I’m just trying to get on with my life and support my community.
I started by agreeing with you, then pointed out that working age people were left behind while pensions protected. What I have experienced from you is bullying.
@sharpeleven@delhi_dave@ZackPolanski@TheGreenParty I work in youth work, not politics, I hold no political office. I agreed with your main point, then said working age benefits have been left behind by austerity vs pensions. Instead of engaging, you misrepresented me and encouraged a pile on. That’s bullying.
@sharpeleven No. You were complaining about pensioners being singled out. I agreed. I simply said we also need to recognise that working age benefits have been left behind. You then jumped down my throat in a bullying manner.
@sharpeleven@TheGreenParty I was replying to your tweet.
I was saying that the Butterworth was projecting their London views but the pensioners have been protected whilst working people haven’t been and that was wrong.
Are you able to read?
@sharpeleven@delhi_dave@ZackPolanski@TheGreenParty I’m trying to unite people. Saying working age people have been left behind isn’t attacking pensioners. You dismiss this struggle.
I was purged by Starmer’s storm troopers after chairing the Socialist Campaign Group and standing for Palestine. Don’t lecture me, you’re a bully.
