America is not a spectator sport
Apparently Logan and I going to Washington meeting with the Vice President, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of War, and other leaders of this country really pisses some people off
Good.
Because I’d rather be in the room asking questions, learning, challenging ideas, building relationships, and figuring out how I can help than sitting behind a screen telling everyone else what they should be doing
Twitter fingers have never built a country
Think about how insane the American Dream really is
Two brothers with a camera and a crazy amount of ambition can build businesses, compete on the biggest stages in the world, employ hundreds of people, invest in the future of this country and one day walk into Washington and sit across from the people helping lead it
That should inspire people not offend them
Washington doesn’t belong to commentators.
It doesn’t belong to celebrities.
It doesn’t belong to politicians.
It belongs to the American people
And whether people like me or hate me I’m going to keep showing up
Keep learning.
Keep building.
Keep investing in American companies.
Keep creating jobs.
Keep supporting American innovation.
Keep meeting the people doing the hard work.
Keep sticking my neck out.
And keep trying to leave this country stronger than I found it.
The next generation needs to believe that America is still a place where you can dream impossibly big, work your ass off, get knocked down, reinvent yourself, and eventually find yourself in rooms you never thought you’d enter
This country gave me opportunities beyond anything I could have imagined
I intend to give something back
You can spend your life commentating from the cheap seats or you can get on the field
I know where I’ll be
God bless the United States of America🇺🇸

No Shiny Pokémon yet
Currently still live on Twitch (YT has a 24h limit)
headed to Monday Night RAW today, will return tomorrow for more hunting.
I’m live rn until I catch my first Shiny Pokémon (1 in 8,192 odds)
For every Pokémon encounter, we’re adding $1 to a pool (currently at $84)… Someone watching is going to get all the money in the pool when I catch Shiny Onix, tune in rn on YouTube & Twitch
I’ve beaten Floyd Mayweather
I’ve become United States Champ
I’ve sold a Pokémon card for $16.5M
But no feat will be harder than my next. Tomorrow, I will attempt to catch my first ever Shiny Pokémon: 1 in 8,192 Odds
The Pokémon equivalent of hitting a hole in one
And not just any Pokémon…
Steelix. One of my all time favorites. Shiny Steelix is a GOATED shiny, a pure 24k Gold TITAN.
I won’t stop hunting until I catch a shiny Onix, then evolve him via trade + metal coat into Steelix.
For every Pokémon encounter, we’ll add $1 to a prize pool. When I catch Shiny Onix, one lucky viewer will get the entire pot 💰
I could be hunting for days. And I’m live streaming all of it on my YouTube (LoganPaulVlogs) & Twitch (LoganPaulWasTaken) starting 12p EST
Seen a lot of larpers give me suggestions like Shiny Koraidon/Miraidon, SwSh Starters, Victini etc. SHINY LOCKED lol
I'm going for Shiny Onix in Pokemon Gold. Will evolve into Shiny Steelix using a Metal Coat I picked up from Magnemite on Route 38 (possible to get before beating the Elite Four FYI)
I wrote this journal entry exactly five years ago while shooting my 99 Originals Polaroid project. Today, on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, I wanted to share it.
DAY 12 —
#11 GROUND ZERO, 9/11/21
Today was much more powerful than I’d ever expected. I had the privilege of attending the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 Ceremony at Ground Zero with Zelina Vega (a WWE superstar whose father passed in the 9/11 tragedy, real name Thea). As I solemnly paced around the site with my stupid little Polaroid, the essence of mourning was overwhelming. Hundreds of families affected by a deliberate and malicious attack on our nation - left without fathers, mothers, sons and daughters. We hear stories of the tragedy and see the videos, but most people never really truly experience the lifelong ripple effect it’s had on the victims and New York. The city was overflowing with patriotism on this day, and I was proud to be supporting in attendance. I got a chance to speak with Thea’s mother — the kindest, most gentle, warm-eyed, inviting little soul, who remains scarred from two decades’ worth of lament when her husband got trapped in the South Tower. Throughout the morning, she’d reminisce… where she was, how she felt, keeping her children calm…
She told me she had spoken to her husband before he passed. He called her after the first plane had hit, and they’d spoken from 9:04-9:15am. I asked her what he said. She said “he just called to say goodbye.” And I broke. I couldn’t hold back tears as I wept beneath my baseball hat and pulled up my mask to the bridge of my nose. I turned around and took a second to collect myself, but as I stood on the ground of the most devastating terrorist attack in United States history, I couldn’t help but sob. My tears bounced off the black marble etched with the names of those we lost.
Thea gave me a comforting hug. I said “y’all are way tougher than me” as I tried to nervously laugh off my tears. While I had never felt such an overwhelming sense of grief, Thea and her mother stood stoically… it was clear that this sadness was all too familiar for both of them.
At the end of the day, Thea and her mother thanked me for helping to cement 9/11 in history to be remembered and memorialized in an appropriate fashion. She also thanked me for making her laugh, and that it made her day much easier.
This series takes everything we love about competitive combat and turns it into a high-stakes survival spectacle out in the wild. Primal survivor meets fighting. You choose your opponent, fight to stay, and have nowhere to hide.
