Today we fired up our new PSA CBR 12/3 rotary canning line! Here is what that actually means:
⚡ 2.5x FASTER - we went from 40 cans per minute to 100.
🔬 BETTER FILLS - counter-pressure isobarometric filling means beer lands in the can exactly the way we brewed it.

Less agitation, less carbonation loss, translating to even more freshness.
☢️ X-RAY QC - literally. Every single can gets checked before it leaves. If it's not right, it gets pulled.
🧼 CLEANER PROCESS - fully automated Clean-In-Place system. Fresher equipment = fresher beer.

We are super stoked to let y'all know that we brought home 3 medals from the Best of Craft Beer Awards in Bend, Oregon this week! Mamoot won a gold medal (that's Mamoot's 9th medal since 2014 if you're keeping score) while Lite Logger and Dark Matter both won silver medals!
