@UEDCLTD we haven't had power for 4 days now in Mukono Nakabago. Ref 1965166G. Same response 13 times from call center: "let us follow up". No support rendered. Our food is spoilt, businesses on hold, we sleep with worry of thieves. What does one need to do to get help? Too much!
