We've now resolved the corruption-related crash issue that led to the Official Network being taken offline.
Over the past day, we’ve been running controlled server environments on a small number of official servers with enhanced logging to safely reproduce the issue, validate adjustments, and ensure the cleanup logic correctly identifies and resolves these corrupted cases before they can destabilise a server.
With the fix now validated, we will begin redeploying the Official Network in approximately 15 minutes. Servers will start coming back online shortly after deployment begins, some servers may take some time so please be patient and some servers may also require a rollback.
We know downtime on this scale is disruptive, and we genuinely appreciate your patience while we worked through this. Our priority was bringing the network back stable, not just fast.
Once the network is back online, we'll monitor stability and we plan to run a week long EVO event once we're confident all is well.
