Tiger Woods made his first public appearance since his March DUI arrest, appearing Tuesday morning at the @PGATOUR press conference at @TravelersChamp to introduce Brian Rolapp. Following Rolapp’s remarks outlining the Tour’s evolving competitive model, it was officially announced that Rolapp has been named the fifth Commissioner of the PGA Tour.
