Hi @DeLonghiUK is there a known fault with your payment page? It keeps saying checkout.error.authorization.failed when everything is filled in, and I’ve tried multiple cards?!
Not impressed I’ve just had to bin a brand new @waitrose cucumber after purchasing it on Friday. Soft, squishy, and a small amount of mould on it! You have no labels at all on your cucumbers, so how can you know if it’s fresh when you sell it? Very disappointing!
@MulberryEngland Such a shame your reruns portal isn’t working, nor anyone from mulberry customer services until the 2nd Jan. It’s rather concerning and worrying as a customer that cannot arrange a collection of my bag.
@london_theatre@JoyKluver I don’t understand that. For example, Matilda on 24th at 2.30 says there is availability but once I waited and got through, it showed all the tickets were currently unavailable
@JoyKluver@london_theatre I hope you get some. I think most are sold out for the big shows - Matilda, lion king, Shrek. I have just come off the website and those are all gone or not showing. The website has major issues and isn’t always uploading the calendar 🫣

How can @MulberryEngland think it’s acceptable for customers to return an item and then still not have this acknowledged 10+ days after? Phone line isn’t working and hasn’t been since Christmas and no response to emails! Very very poor for a supposed luxury brand!
