After over 12 hours of being on hold, I was finally able to talk to someone who gave me some very concerning information about how my account was handled, and transferred to someone else who told me that I have to pay for a hotel and kennel for my ESA out of pocket. Not thrilled.

@Delta I am very stressed and I have an ESA who requires import paperwork which cannot be suddenly changed, so if there is a change, I need to know. Also, I do not wish to be stranded in a location that is not my final destination??? The flights don't make sense.

@Delta When I look on the day before and the day after my original scheduled flight, the exact course I had is available, so was my seat given away????? And I was not ever informed of it. I get that it's trying times, but communication is key, and I didn't even get an alert.
