Just tried mug cake. I’m about 8 years late to this trend (maybe 10), which is pretty much on brand for me, but it was amazingly delicious. I still made a huge mess in my kitchen though, and I have no leftovers to show for it. I think I may make a sheet cake next time. #morecake

Olivia Dade’s All the Feels lived up to its title. I loved it; one of my few 5 stars this year. The character development was everything!! Looking forward to reading more and happy to see a long waitlist at the library for Dade’s books.

To be fair, my DH would tell me to buy the book. But then I’d have one random book 9 and none of the other books. Which I have done before, when it’s my favorite book in the series that I know I’ll re-read. But my miserly self is not there yet.

Waiting for the 9th book in a series is a special kind of torture when you already have the 10th book and novella that goes between them. Reading a series through the library takes a certain dedication to one’s budget that I don’t think my husband appreciates.
