Huge thanks to Lee, Stacey & Fuza from @ssencommunity customer support team, who have been hugely helpful during an unexpected extended power outage. While it lasted far longer than planned, they gave regular updates with as much info as possible, so we felt supported & reassured

@ssencommunity we’ve had power off all day for planned works, which was meant to be restored by 1600. Then 2000. And still nothing… the phone line you suggested closed at 2000. Any advice please..?

Not the twixtmas we planned, with my amazing Mum very unwell but @WorcsAcuteNHS couldn’t have been more incredible. All the staff who give up their time with loved ones over countless Christmases, overnights etc are the true heroes in society. An enormous thank you to you all 💙
