The #Trademark Modernization Act of 2020 (“TMA”) aims to improve the #registration process at the #USPTO. The #TMA has shortened the period to respond to Office Actions from 6 months to 3 months. Office Actions issued after December 3rd, 2022 must be responded to within 3 months.
