This bit is weird. Not a lawyer obvs, but the stitch-up religious Judge Hodge seems to be saying women who are trans are banned from the Ladies even if they are totally indistinguishable from your average c!s woman - pure bigotry. But men who are trans and “biologically female” will only be required to use the Ladies if they don’t look like men. Huh. Because they might be too scary. Lol. So essentially this is primarily all about discriminating against women who are trans. We could look like Angelina Jolie, or Kylie - pass 100% - still banned. But Judge Hodge isn’t as strict about “biological sex” toilets for guys who are trans. Because if they pass (which they nearly all do) and were made to use the Ladies, terfs would be exposed as the absolute nutters they are. So it’s a looks thing. Right? What a freaking mess. What an absolute pre-agreed stitch up. Euro Court of Human Rights time.

BREAKING: So - it turns out deeply-religious Lord Hodge, the Judge in yesterday’s UK Supreme Court Case that destroyed trans rights, headed a ‘Commission On Same-Sex Relationships’ for the Church of Scotland published in 2011. The result of which was the Church recommending Gay and Lesbians to avoid same-sex relationships - and rid themselves of their desires. Was this REALLY the right person to put in charge of a case involving trans rights at the UK Supreme Court? What result did you expect? The whole thing STINKS. @JolyonMaugham

Fearing that their audience—kept in the dark for months by biased coverage—might finally awaken to the truth, they have resorted to censorship and manipulation to maintain their narrative.

This is how the lives of four Palestinian children in a war-torn land have shaken the Israeli lobby in the UK and at the BBC.

BBC must urgently reassess its integrity and stop serving as a conduit for Israeli propaganda.
