“The responsibility did not actually change. Mas narinig lang kami.”
Philippine Concerts asked SB19: Do you feel a different kind of responsibility now that SB19 is no longer simply participating in the growth of P-pop, but also helping create opportunities for the next generation of artists?
JOSH: It’s not a different responsibility, but I feel like it has always been THE responsibility. the framework has always been there… hindi lang namin alam before paano iexecute because we had little resources… For us to be able to execute it, syempre kailangan muna naming anuhin ang mga sarili namin, magkaroon muna kami ng panggagalingan…as SB19, syempre doon muna kami tumaya… We tried a lot of times actually to reach out to different people, different entities, sectors para mas maisulong namin ‘yung mga gusto namin before. Right now, ngayon pa lang sya nangyayari. Our ultimate goal is to be as big as we can… na madidinig na ang mga gusto naming iparating at itulong sa Philippine entertainment industry. And not just for the Philippine entertainment industry, but for the Philippine economy… Yun po siguro, the responsibility did not actually change. Mas narinig lang kami.

Since we are on the topic of aswangs and engkantos.. I actually have a story, in my province we named our neighbor Kapre 'Bayugyog' dwelling in a big rambutan tree. When it's time for harvest we always acknowledged him "salamat yog" to thank him for the abundance.
I know there are so many artists struggling with the visa at the moment too...
I might as well put it out there that I have written letters of recommendation for those requesting for O-1 visas in their I-129 petitions
Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can ever help!
Give me a short film where Bungi's Mom gets kidnapped and Bungi is off to an adventure to save her 😆 like may limited time lang siya pero he still needs to nap once in a while 🤣😆
Manny Jacinto on bringing Bungi, the adorable 200-year-old tiyanak, to life in DreamWorks’ Forgotten Island, joking that he drew inspiration from “6-year-old Bungi Manny.”

French is easier 😱
This proves that I am hopeless 😭 I had french classes back in highschool and I never learned how to speak French
After the introduction part wala na akong alam na French 😭 barely passed but nothing retained
Regarding difficulty in learning the language, Filipino/Tagalog is considered Category IV.
For reference, French is considered Category I (one of the easiest to learn)
There were other artists before them with all the privilege, money and connections, and yet it took 5 guys who came along from nowhere and started with literally nothing to get a movement rolling. Disruption (change) can come from any of us. We all have that power.
