EXCL: Blackburn are planning to pay their women’s team players just £9,000-a-year for the upcoming season.

@MailSport understands their player budget is £100k. Players will operate on 16-hour contracts and receive minimum wage.

@smidycent @Kayleigh_Mcx Yes so I believe so, it’s just a shame Kayleigh had to go public for a club of stoke’s stature to do the right thing.
You see it with too many clubs that they are very reactive and only do the right thing by players when they are forced!
Real shame.
