Day 1 of fall camp for the Cowboys ✅

Eric Morris talked:
- health
- position battles
- why players were “gassed” at the end of practice

It’s been a privilege to cover Cowboy football this offseason and I’m looking forward to game time!

#okstate Cowboys vault all the way up from unranked to No. 19 in the AP Poll after the 41-24 win over West Virginia.

If this is consistently the team that beat Oregon, watch out world.

This is the Big 12. What a statement by #okstate

🎥 GAME RECAP from Oklahoma State vs Murray State!

Justin Bowick has 178 yards for #okstate in the first half.

Holy career high!!!

In 2022 he put up 177 yds and 2 TDs vs. UT Martin.

[Nathan Gilsleider @ngslider]

This whole thing about Oregon QB having “tells” is getting completely overblown imo. Were there some tendency’s ? Absolutely, just like every other game. But it wasn’t like they picked him of 5x , execution always wins the day. #gopokes

Malik Charles was apart of last years’s 1-11 #okstate squad. He missed most of spring practice due to an injury he suffered vs. Kansas State.

On Saturday, he recorded a crucial sack to take down projected 1st-round pick, Dante Moore.

What he said about the moment:

My take on Oklahoma State taking down Oregon, 48 hours removed from the madness:

Credit to Drew Mestemaker, the coaching staff and that defense!!! Also, shoutout to all of the media and reporters who have covered the game so well.

I’ve seen enough, Drew Mestemaker is Superman.

Eric Morris just now to Deion Imade, “We’re kicking their butts all over the field.”

That’s about right. #okstate

[Chris Vannini @ChrisVannini]

Oklahoma State (which lost to Tulsa) just took a 17-7 lead on Oregon mid-2Q.

[Alyssa Brandon @Lyssabrandon]

#okstate outgaining Oregon, 205-39 with 12:59 left in the second quarter.

Dante Moore is 1-of-6 through the air.

Did not have that on my bingo card.

[Alyssa Brandon @Lyssabrandon]

Little #okstate WBB note from Jacie Hoyt, Dawn Staley would like to avoid playing the Cowgirls at GIA when South Carolina comes to Oklahoma for next season’s non-conference game.

They plan to play in Tulsa instead. The Cowgirls are 33-2 at home in the last two seasons.

[Pete Thamel @PeteThamel]

Oklahoma State will start Shaun Torgeson at left tackle against Oregon today, per a source. He's a Portland State transfer who started 12 games there last year. He's expected to rotate today with Desmond Magiya, a North Texas transfer. They will play in place of starter Jacob Sexton, who was lost for the season on the first series against Tulsa.

[Alyssa Brandon @Lyssabrandon]

Eric Morris after the loss:

“For a second year in a row, Tulsa reigns supreme…and that’s a fact’”

Oklahoma State fans, get ready for Coach Morris! He's keeping it real, ditching coach speak for honest, hilarious moments – like admitting he's killed an armadillo. This is the authentic Cowboy spirit we love! #okstate #CowboyCulture @Lyssabrandon
