Xojo 2026r2 released

This #Xojo release fixed a lot of issues and adds some cool new features.

The new DesktopScrollableArea works on macOS with our NSScrollViewMBS class and the WebView2BrowserMBS class can talk to the WebView2 HTMLViewer.
