@cineworld On the 5th attempt, yes but it does seem to be a regular occurrence. I wonder if you have any analytics which show how often this happens and how many customers/bookable seats it is losing you each day.
@cineworld online booking system is need of an update. It’s so slow and always times out before you can book your tickets. Then it tells you the seats you nearly booked are no longer free when you know it’s your failed booking. I have to book half the cinema every time !
