When I was in OBGYN residency 20+ years ago, we were trained extensively in fertility. IVF was a thing, but it was more of a "last resort" thing. Now, I see most doctors do no fertility work at all or very basic things & then the patient gets handed a brochure for IVF. Exceptions are my Catholic colleagues who are doing fantastic work. In fact, I'm attending the @FACTS_Fertility conference this month with some cutting edge fertility experts like @mduanemd @NaomiMWhittaker & Dr Phil Boyle. Those of us practicing Functional Fertility will say MANY women could avoid IVF if connected to the right expert.

@Nyct0phil3_x Yes, I sent her into the ER & they had to admit her. Still since she was only 21 weeks they would not do anything to treat her. Therefore, I went to the hospital to meet with the doctors and insist that she received the care she needed. Thankfully, the daughter is now a year old
