I chose to quit my role at LTT because it, and the working environment I was facing, were ruining my mental health.
The number of daily items the Social media role at the time was expected to fill was incredibly high.

Not too shocked that "we don't want to spend more money" was the result given current money situation, but I did think there would be a bit more private negotiation first (with Riot involved) instead of immediate hardball from them.
