Many DIY distributors don’t want to fix the problem. They’d rather allow it until someone makes a *lot* of noise.
DIY distributors like Distrokid & TuneCore play a valuable part of the music ecosystem and have helped to level the playing field massively, which has helped to create a more competitive and flexible industry.

The logical thing I see — is that a lot of independent distributors need to do a better job of quality checking on their platforms.
