🚨 Maryland is on the Verge of a Widespread Blackout, but there are Significant Signs this is a STAGED CRISIS to Justify Eminent Domain for a Land Grab

• The Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project (MPRP). PSEG, under PJM’s direction, plans to build a 70-mile, 500,000-volt transmission line from Pennsylvania’s Peach Bottom nuclear plant to substations in Frederick and Baltimore Counties, ultimately feeding electricity to data centers in Northern Virginia. Costing $424 million and targeting completion by June 2027.

• The project requires access to 600 private properties, including 518 acres of prime FARMLAND.

• If landowners refuse easements, PSEG is poised to use EMINENT DONAIN, a move greenlit I just found out by a federal judge in June 2025 allowing surveys.

• The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) holds the final say, with public hearings set for November 2025.

The blackout warnings amplify PJM’s narrative that MPRP is a critical fix for Maryland’s grid strains, creating PUBLIC FEAR to pressure PSC approval of eminent domain.

Adding to the suspicion, PSEG’s lawsuits against 290+ landowners for survey access and the lack of early community engagement (notified only in late 2023) suggest a RUSH to SEIZE LAND before opposition can mount.

The timing of these events, the Blackout scare, and this looming in the background stinks of being a HIGHLY orchestrated crisis. CREATE PANIC to justify Eminent Domain.

- A Union Pacific freight train derailed at approximately 1:45 p.m. local time over a railroad bridge on Coalville Road, east of Gordon, Palo Pinto County, Texas, about 60 miles west of Fort Worth. Approximately 35 train cars, including freight and tanker cars, derailed, with some potentially carrying hazardous materials.

- Emergency crews, including firefighters, are on the scene managing the situation, which is being treated as a hazardous materials incident. No leaks have been reported from the train cars, and crews are mitigating potential hazards.

- The derailment sparked a grass fire in the surrounding wooded area, which firefighters are actively working to extinguish. Heavy smoke was visible, but no hazardous leaks have been confirmed.

- No injuries have been reported, and no evacuations have been ordered. Authorities have urged residents to avoid the area to allow first responders to manage the potentially hazardous situation.

- The cause of the derailment is unknown… under investigation, and officials have not yet determined the exact cargo of the derailed cars.
