@claudiorlandi It is not just you. The number of low-quality submissions has dramatically increased this month (possibly due to AI advances ). Policies have not changed, and we try to catch as many submissions not meeting the acceptance criteria as possible.

@salmon_shitake @PQCryptoConf Talks will be recorded and made available after the conference. We will look into livestreaming as well, but cannot promise it right now.
