Abi is also the brains behind our student podcast, How To Fail Your Degree, which you can stream now on Spotify

Just a friendly reminder that it was ✨students✨ who undertook low-paid work, who qualified from degrees early to work in the frontlines and who helped keep the place going during lockdown, and who continue to be put at risk in healthcare, retail and hospitality for minimum wage
We're excited to announce we’re buzzing back into #Manchester this autumn with 50 Windows of Creativity - a showcase of the work of Manchester artists in windows, venues and spaces across the city centre. https://t.co/93Hplz8N8Q @wildinart@ManCityCouncil#50windowsmcr#art 🐝
this is great and all but what does this mean for a-level students who have already had to go through clearing because they couldn't get into their firm or insurance choices?
After consulting @CCEA_info & having listened to the concerns of principals, teachers, parents & young people, I have decided that all GCSE students on Thursday will now receive the grades submitted by their school.
So..my neighbour got a predicted A from her teacher, B in her mock...and was given an E. A kid from the private school on the next road got a C in her mock, a predicted B and was awarded an A*.
Just...? Kids..you'll be of voting age in the next general election. Remember.
Our Clearing team are ready and available from 8am to talk to you about vacancies, check our website for further information on you eligibility and what you'll need.

We're reopening!! Things will be different from the 1st September but we'll be here to help, whether that's in the library or continuing online. https://t.co/GRwkMrxv3n
this is so horrible. my heart goes out to students whose academic careers are now in jeopardy because exam boards assume they can't possibly succeed based on what people like them achieved in the past.
