Nothing worse than flying cross country, being delayed, and arriving only to find your connection left EARLY without you (on the last flight of the night) then the @AlaskaAir agents (who don’t know what they are doing) say all they can do is a $12 food voucher #NOTokay#nonono
@JohnLegere you have some great employees (Andrew, Lejana, and Khoi at the store by corporate), but after 3 failed attempts to trade-in two phones and switch to @TMobile the in store system could use a fix. Thank you Andrew, Lejana, and Khoi for the help!
