I’ve seen people become dissatisfied with their lives by constantly observing outlier outcomes and concluding they’re not doing enough.
Outliers are outliers for a reason. If you achieve one, that’s great. But there’s so much joy to be found between the mean and those extremes.

Nigeria needs a ruthless dictator who would cling to power for the next 20 years for a complete overhaul of the nation. Build it brick by brick, reengineer even human beings and their thinking. There’s just too much work to do.
