The lighting was so bad that Ernie Banks was awarded a ground rule double by the umpires because they thought the ball had hit the warning track & bounced over the wall, when in fact it the ball cleared the wall on the fly.

It isn’t debatable - it’s on camera. Even if it wasnt his intent, he did gain an advantage from his actions. That’s a penalty
