@delightful_just I think his attitude has changed quite a bit over the years... though he has always thought highly of himself. I've met him several times and in person he was always pretty down to earth and cool,,, seemed quite different than how he portrays himself online anyway.
I mean its hard to make a recommendation between stuff like that. If its budget concerns and you already have an N64 then maybe get the AES+ first when it comes out, but if it doesn't matter... figure the AES+ doesn't come out until November... the M64 comes out next week. Youd be enjoying the M64 sooner... then buy the AES later. Can preorder the AES+ off Amazon and cancel it if you change your mind as they don't charge until it is shipped.

@LegoTJ88 would be nice. Id hope they do so at launch and not just later down the road... but we will see, just a week away from them opening up sales.
The hate toward Sony for no more physical games is fine... but indie devs have nothing to do with that... I think there has been a middle ground for a while now where it was understood not all games can easily get physical releases especially from small devs with no backing. So they release digital, and if they gain popularity maybe they get a publisher to back a physical release at some point... The issue is no more physical games at all... not that there is a mix of digital only and physical releases like what we have had for years.
We’ve literally had people tell us to CANCEL our digital release and do physical only. IDK if people realise that we are just 2 people and this is our first game. We’d LOVE to do physical & we support physical ownership but our game kinda has to do well digitally first 🤷
@timecop85 So get a small dev just not release their game? Protestors are idiots many times. People telling indie devs they hope they fail if they dont release their game physical when they cant makes no sense.
The Steam Machine Makes no sense... until you try it...
It is hard to justify its price but so is so many other things nowadays... but I am legit impressed.
