When I sit down to read the book if I were to then have feelings about the ways I may have perpetuated racism because I had only read about the Harlem Renaissance from white folks perspectives that would be a conversation I have with my partner

So one of my biggest suggestions for fellow white folks wanting to learn about decolonization and anti-racism is to start getting your sources from folks of color but process your feelings about decolonization and racism with your fellow white folks.

This is the post my partner made about it but to add on I was able to get pictures of the mold coming through the paint and growing on the tiles.

This was AFTER my mother had me scrub the walls and tiles with vinegar and there was still all this left

I feel bad asking, but if anyone wants to / can help the allergy has made it so it's not safe to be home until it's fixed. We've been hotel / house hopping since the day I was prescribed Epi. Shelters here are meant for others & I have a lot of meds.
