I hope you make small consistent changes to your daily habits for your health ! I am a gujju & love my desserts, esp mohanthal… I have cut down on my sugar thru such small goal setting over 5-6 months. Having a dear friend who fills me courage & optimism daily also helped. Be kind to yourself. Go slow but stay disciplined in that journey, ask for help from loved ones. I wish you fantastic health in 2026, I hope you have a year with zero drugs & supplements 🙏

@theliverdoc@OmkarRInamdar Doctors aren’t nutritionists. Qualified dietitians don’t recommend saturated fats for cooking. As per NIN, MUFA-based oils are best suited for Indian cooking. Also, oil intake should be limited to ~500 ml/month — that’s just 3–4 tsp/day. #Nutrition#HealthyEating

Had a horrifying experience with @ola_supports last night. Driver insisted on taking a closed Sion Bridge route, ignored alternatives, and abandoned me midway at 10 PM He suggested canceling the app ride for a meter deal, then shouted when the road was shut. unprofessional OLA
Gestational diabetes can emerge during pregnancy, typically in the first trimester (early GDM) or second trimester (late GDM). It poses risks such as preterm delivery, high birth weight, and complications for both mother and baby. Early diagnosis and timely lifestyle changes, like diet and exercise, help manage blood sugar levels effectively, minimizing risks. Even post-pregnancy, regular health monitoring is essential since GDM increases the mother's likelihood of developing type 2 diabetes. Awareness and proactive care can lead to healthier outcomes for both mother and child.
