@femmehorror Keep it flipped up for the first 3 months min. or keep it flipped down - you just can’t be flipping it all willy-nilly ;) but retainers are also not recommended until the piercing is more healed but if you have to, it has to be a glass retainer! Ask your piercer to flip it up for
