Mayor Schmoke didn’t understand how to use the federal money allotted to fixing the problem and the problem got worse.

My 13 year old son told me that he might decide to live in Israel when he's an adult. "It doesn't matter for you dad, you're old, but we may only have 20 or 30 years before it becomes like Europe for Jews here." I couldn't tell him he was wrong. 1/

Top British attorney Natasha Hausdorff dismantled the Palestinian narrative with cold historical facts.

There was never a sovereign Arab state called “Palestine.” The British Mandate of Palestine was simply British administration over the historic Land of Israel after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire.

Jews lived continuously in the land for centuries — including under Ottoman rule, when they formed the majority in Jerusalem. Before 1909, Tel Aviv was empty desert legally purchased by Jews, who built it from nothing. No Arabs were displaced.

After the British handed the mandate to the UN, the Arab world rejected the partition plan and launched a war to destroy the Jewish state. Arab armies and local militias tried to “push the Jews into the sea.” At the same time, Arab countries ethnically cleansed their ancient Jewish communities, forcing nearly a million Jews to flee to Israel.

During the war, Arab leaders ordered local Arabs to evacuate combat zones so their armies could annihilate the Jews. Many of those who left later became permanent “refugees” under Egyptian and Jordanian control.

Israel has never committed genocide — and never will. By defending itself, it prevents another holocaust.

Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Islamic regime of Iran are the real obstacles to peace in the Middle East.

@ruth_wishart By compliance I am referring to the ever growing escalation by both blacks and whites when police interact after a person commits a crime. Our country does not leave an officer unarmed as did the UK in the Westminster knife attacks.

@ruth_wishart Police kill more whites than blacks in America but per capita more blacks are killed. However, there have been more dangerous situations where police respond per capita in black communities. Yet, lack of compliance has increased and is a problem with both racial groups.

@johnsan84654033 @ItchXStitch @ruth_wishart To be transparent blacks are about 13% to 18% of the U.S. population depending on the State. So the stat means that as a percentage of their population they commit more crime. Whites commit plenty of crimes, but the rate is lower per capita for whites.

@William92786781 @ruth_wishart If talking about the criminal who blocked a busy thoroughfare and rammed her 2 ton SUV into the responding officer, then the officer has a right to use lethal force to prevent the lethal threat. Your police have the right to lock up someone for years for a critical X post.

@Bbmorg Are you talking about the woman who used her 2 ton SUV to run into a law enforcement officer? If so, the term woman or man is irrelevant. When criminals violate the law (blocking a thoroughfare) then try to injure the responding officer, the officer can defend himself.
