@Qeridexis Baldur's Gate 2, Thief 2, Gothic 2, Fallout 2

Good genre: 90s/early 2000s PC game sequels made using the same engines as their predecessors where you revisit areas from the original, often in a darker or zanier context

[Majuular @majuular]

Honorable mention to System Shock 2 though it obviously doesn't use the same engine as the OG. It was undercooked, but Shodan manipulating spacetime to conform reality to her own memories was really cool in concept.

[Majuular @majuular]

@KettuGames Between this and System Shock I might have to dust off the headset.

[Majuular @majuular]

@Treekyboi I worked at a gas station for 4 years and I think I sold one of these. Is there a shame greater than being mogged by a mirage bar?

[Christopher Mott @ChrisDMott]

@majuular Hear me out I got a protest idea.

[Majuular @majuular]

@ChrisDMott It's just crazy enough to work....

[Majuular @majuular]

Vid was copyright claimed for RuneScape music. Disappointing because according to their website, Jagex allows & encourages YT vids to use it

Appealed but if it doesn't work then I'M CRASHING THIS PLANE WITH NO SURVIVORS. proverbially :) Aint giving another company a plug nickel.

[Majuular @majuular]

@Nikosxddd I'm lucky to have a great Patreon, but I'd rather not hand over 5 months of work to a company called Kobalt Music Publishing that didn't lift a finger to help me make it.

[Majuular @majuular]

Seems rather arbitrary as plenty of my other videos use RS tracks. Drew Gooden uses RuneScape music all the time. Am I to believe he just makes no money from YouTube? These automated systems will be the death of me man.

@account42098623 Hah! I played Ocarina of Time on stream a few years ago and got claimed by a terrible Norwegian black metal band because they sampled music from the shadow temple. Insane how abusable it is.

[Majuular @majuular]

@RandalfTheGreat Far as I can tell, Jagex are the legal rights holders but YouTube's automated systems sometimes use "satellite" companies to claim. For instance, if I used a Final Fantasy track I wouldn't get dinged by Square, but a company called Materia Collective that claims on their behalf.

Ultima online. Retrospective.
I drew this screensaver for the new @majuular video.

[Majuular @majuular]

@Shard01464880 Thank you Shard :)
Hopefully it's the hardest video I'll ever have to make, but I'm very glad I did.

[Majuular @majuular]

@Daschawk @JoshStrifeHayes When I streamed on my main channel, I would lose subs every time because they have certain expectations of my channel. So when they'd get a notification and excitedly check my channel, they were only disappointed to see it wasn't a "main" video. Bad for everyone!

[Majuular @majuular]

@AvalancheJared He came pre-loaded with it when we adopted him, but it suits him well.

[Majuular @majuular]

New Link kinda looks like my cat Carlton

[Majuular @majuular]

@MitoRequiem We adopted him with the name already! I call him Carl.

[Majuular @majuular]

@MitoRequiem The the hurrah :)

[Majuular @majuular]

@JustySilverman @Johnny13 You guys nailed it. The camera angle gag with the arcade machines is one of the funniest AVGN bits period.
