@HMRCcustomers I am still waiting for a response to my postal form from 26th August 2025. I managed to get a hold of someone on chat and they told me that it had been completed that was almost 2 weeks ago and it’s still showing as in progress on my app. Nothing.

@HMRCcustomers No, but they confirmed it had been closed and the app should be updated to say complete but it still says in progress so I’m not sure why
