Shout out to @Uber whose drivers are the best and have integrity!! And @Uber customer service is the best!!! Unlike @lyft@AskLyft drivers who steal from customers. And their customer service is rude as hell. #teamuber

@AskLyft I can't reach out to the driver because Lyft had closed my chat with him. The customer seevice won't even refund me for that ride. So not only did your driver take my belongings but I've paid him for it. I feel so violated. This has never happened with Uber.
@AskLyft I quickly realized and was in contact with the driver. He admitted to finding my wallet and said he would bring it back. I waited and waited that day and nothing. It's been 4 days and nothing. Not only did he take my belongings but your customer service has been so rude.
